in Loans
Hello my first post
To give you a little background. I was in a relationship (with a fool) for 5 years during that time we took out a secured loan for £17,000 (against our house) he has never paid anything towards this.
The mortgage is still in both our names, again he has never contributed to the payments. The balance of the loan is now £22,500 (an increase of £5,000 in 4 years!!!!!)
Along with my mortgage etc I am unable to pay he loan. I have contacted the loan company and told them the situation. They are unable to help all they care about is that the loan is paid every month (£258 p/m)
I am now in a terrible situation and am scared that my daughter and I will be on the streets.
Can anyone help with this, I've tried talking and reasoning with my ex but he doesn't care.
Thanks
