My mother (73) is looking to release some cash to make her life a bit more comfortable in her final years (hopefully there will be many of them). The only major assett she has is her home which she co owns with my father, who after several massive strokes is permenantly in a nursing home.
She is looking to sell part of her home to release cash or a loan scheme that will not invole repayment until after she has died.
Does anyone have any information on who is the best company to use. I have made several enquiries but it's a minefield!
