Check everything straight away. Take everything out of the package and examine every piece. I know it's a pain but MFI won't accept claims for damaged or missing items later than a few days after delivery (it's either 2 or 3 days). Anything that you report will take another 4/6/8 weeks to arrive.

i know what you mean but i'm waiting to let the fitter sort it all out ive already noticed theyve sent the wrong sink!!!!!:D but what we've been through anything else now is nothing! i just cant wait to get the kitchen up then we can start on the other rooms and hopefully by christmas put all this mess behind us! thanks for all your advise and i know what you mean cos every order my family has had has had something wrong or missing!!!!!:D i knew that when i ordered it but as long as its right in the end i'm not bothered!! i waited over three months for my front door to be replaced which was boarded up by firemen so i can get through the mfi problems!!

I once went in MFI when they didn't have a sale on.

I left so quick, couldnt believe their prices :eek: :eek: :eek:
