Wow, wish they had an option to cancel the order, I'd rather do that than get a phonecall. Also seems they'd just send people emails, though maybe they think some of the people were actually emailed the codes?

My order online says "credit rejected" next to it now. So does that mean they have cancelled the order, or just haven't accepted the voucher *confused smiley*

Mine says the same. I really wish Shop direct would sort themselves out, all theother shops manage to filter codes you can or can't use and have them reject at checkout, not go through all this palava. They better refund me soon.

I wouldn't mind but i've had no emails, no phone calls, but they were quick enough to take the money out.

Order arrived! with £15 refund to DEBIT card. Tried before with credit but credit rejected!
You need a brand new account/ email etc buy all in one go with codes as previously mentioned or have min spend £60 ZZ487 £25 off, or spend £40 ZZ475 £20 off, plus put in free del code. Worth a try with DEBIT card?
