Urgent help required about what goes into legal submission for Employment Tribunal

I have an ET case coming up in 2 weeks time regarding dismissal from work due to being away on maternity leave. I have prepared my witness statement which is due to be exchanged in two days in which I have put in the chronology of events. Where do my comments and observations about the employers response go? Where do I put my explanation about why the employers actions were unfair?
The orders in my case states that “Legal submissions (if any) shall be in writing and accompanied by a copy of any Law Report(s) referred to. Three copies will be required by the Tribunal and should be brought to the hearing.” I am not very clear about what is legal submission being reffered to here? Is it the place to bring out the gaps in employers response and draw conclusions about why I feel they were wrong in acting the way they did and other things like they may be saying something but their actions suggest bias etc. etc. Please help as I am not UK resident and it is bit late to get legal help!
I had raised another thread earlier providing more details about my case titled "Question regarding joint bundle for Employment Tribunal". As I am a new user so not able to post the link.
