I have three different addresses for Lowell Financial. Which do I send my letter to?

The three addresses include the one on the prepaid envelope they sent me. Weirdly, there's one address on the direct debit form they've optimistically sent me, a different address on the prepaid envelope that came with the same letter and another address heading the threatening letter itself! Maybe I should send a copy to all three? Must I use Recorded Delivery? It's not the cost putting me off, but the insane queues at the Post Office. Any advice would be very gratefully received!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Firstly, what letter do you want to send.
Secondly, recorded delivery is to ensure they get your letter so in follow up letters you can refer to previous letters you sent, that were confirmed to have arrived (which they probably ignored anyway). If it is a CCA/SAR request the date of delivery provided is important.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

I don't know what CCA and SAR mean, sorry. I'm new to all this and don't know the jargon.
I want to send the letter asking for 28 days while I seek advice about my debts.
Thanks! From Bad to Fair; An Excellent credit rating is now my aim!0 -
P.S funny that the address you've given me is the one on the direct debit form. I bet they ignore the mail that goes to the PO Box addresses! From Bad to Fair; An Excellent credit rating is now my aim!0

Hi, debtfreewannabe2010,
CCA = consumer credit agreement, or what you signed when opening the account agreeing with the terms and conditions. A SAR = subject accsess request or what they hold on file on you. I didnt know any of this a couple of months ago. DarkConvict and never-in-doubt are ace, follow the advice they give and you wont go far wrong.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, NID and the other regulars are much better at understanding it all though

For the 28 day letter i personally would send it recorded so if they hassle you during that time you have proof that they shouldn't be. Good luck.
