Ok so an update.
I was told this morning when I called to check on progress with my application that I would have a decision by close of play tonite. So Fingers crossed!
I guess I can just call back around about half past 4 before they close at 5 to check then?0 -
Update ..... called NatWest at half past 4, after having called them all day, and them telling me a decision would be made by COB today. They then told me that the underwriters had looked through all my payslips and statements etc, and were happy with everything the had and had seen and had made a decision, but they had not received my signed agreement for the mortgage application. and my signed direct debit mandate for the payments to come off each month (which the bank "forgot" to send them" They said this is needed for the mortgage to go ahead. And they couldnt give me the decision over the phone without this. (i have now sent it in the post as asked)
Does that mean I will be approved? I would assume if I was being declined they wouldnt have bothered to tell me to send it and would have just said sorry you are declined. I also asked if there was anything else the underwriters needed in support and they said no , they are happy with everything they have they just need the signed paper from me.
Can I still be declined at this stage!?
any advice would be great.... means i have to wait another weekend to find out0 -

Yes i do , but i like to ask other peoples opinions too , if thats ok with u ? !0 -
You know very well you dont require my/anybody's permission....however why use an advisor if yr continually posting on here ...dont you have the ability to ask questions to the advisor who is dealing with yr case?...How do you expect people on an internet forum to know the in's and out's of yr case....(rolls eyes)0

Yes i do .....but advisors i feel can sometimes sugar coat things and tell u "dont worry things will be fine" . i want to get other peoples opinions, experiences to see for myself.
And dont "roll your eyes" just dont comment on my posts if they bother you so much ! jeeees !0 -
