Never heard of employees giving a reference for their employers before. Is it like that thing where schoolkids get to interview the teachers to see whether they are suitable?0

its probably to confirm that you work there and how long you have been an employee, thats all.
employees cant give too much information and usually have a standard letter confirming you work there thats all.. nothing to worry about.
prob a result of self cert mortgages and falsified applications causing lenders problems in the pastThanks to all who post here:beer:0
