It is not just a case of ticking a box, there is a separate sheet that was filled out, without it the upl could not be validated. The OP is coming up with a half baked story.

PPI reclaiming is fair enough but "should the loan even have been paid out to me without them receiving their copy of the agreement?" is hilarious.

And its useless and irrelevant comments like yours which make people angry!!
