Thorntons Bargain for wedding favours - 35 choc hearts for £1

Options
I was in Thorntons at Cheshire Oaks yesterday & saw they are selling nets of chocolate foil-wrapped hearts & thought about anyone getting married........each net contains 7 red & pink hearts, several of each colour in each bag.

They are currently on offer "5 for £1", thats 35 hearts for £1!! Bargain, seeing as how they are Thorntons chocs!

You could easily make favours with either single, 3 or 5 hearts & save a fortune!!

HTH

Sorry, I never thought to check. But maybe if you phoned your local shop, they could tell you what theirs is, as it may alter from store to store anyway?

On the Grabbit Bargain thread, where other items in this "5 for £1" offer is posted, someone has stated Nov/Dec for other chocolate items.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Not MSE but on the Thorntons website you can buy trays of chocolates for favours:

We're having Diplomats; surely one of the yummiest choccies in the world. Were going to have the traditional sugared almonds but then I tried some and decided that, actually, I don't really like them lol.

Chocolate only has a 'best before' date not a 'use by' date ;) Therefore chocolate with a BB date of late summer will be totally fine for early winter :D Approved Foods have made a very good business from selling stuff with short or expired BB dates as its fine to eat!!
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:
