Has anyone else had problems with Ipsos since they changed the website? Although the points I accumulated prior to the 29th March have all been added on, the ones I have done since have not been. The survey history keeps saying I havent had any invites since 29th March which is rubbish - I did one for them last week about Flash liquid! Infact I got another invite for a 40 minute survey today but I am reluctant to spend 40 mins doing a survey when their new site seems not to acknowledge it. I did email them but got some sort of bog standard reply. I emailed again but got the same drivel that doesnt address this specfic issue. I thought the point of the new site was so that points could be added in real time. Anyone else had the same experience?

I e-mailed and got this reply:
Dear panel member,
The synchronisation of our panellists’ survey history and points database with our new website platform is taking somewhat longer than initially anticipated, as we are striving to make sure that all the data is reproduced accurately and the processes involved are very complex. Please rest assured that the sum of the points you had accumulated prior to the launch of our new website has been maintained in our database. At the same time, points for surveys that you have completed since the 29th of March have also been credited to your account.
However, due to the aforementioned synchronisation process, they may not yet be visible on our website. Your website account will be updated gradually with the necessary points, over the following 2-3 weeks. At the end of this period, your survey history and the associated points starting from the 29th of March, as well as the total amount of points accumulated prior to this date, should be displayed correctly on the website.
Please also note that some of our currently active surveys were programmed or launched before our new website came online. Therefore, these surveys and their points will not appear in your survey history, due to a platform incompatibility. Nevertheless, the points earned for them will be included in the overall total amount of points that will be available to you in your account, once the synchronisation process is complete.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by these delays, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Ipsos Support Team
I assume you got the same one or similar. I hope they sort it out soon.0 -
That seems like the same reply i had. Lets hope they get their act together soon. Until I see my points for the last couple of surveys I did since the 29th, I wont be doing any more.0
