OH's CCCS info pack has not arrived

My OH rung the CCCS helpline last week and the information pack that they said would be sent to him has not arrived. He's at work so he can't ring them for the next few days (he works a shift pattern) but his appointment call is the 15th.

Does anybody know what information is in the pack and I can make a start getting all the information listed? Hopefully the pack should arrive sometime next week but at least if it doesn't arrive in time I will have the info that they need.

Thanks,

Mel

    Hi Mel,
They'll want to know the amounts you owe to creditors, money you receive and money you spend.

So look out the most recent financial documents to support this. ie bank statements, wage slips, till receipts, bills, credit card statements, reminders etc....

You then need to fill out an income and expenditure form (I think) and that allows them to prepare a personal budget for your situation.

Hope this helps. Someone may have more info but that is the general idea

Also include how many people live in your household and appox ages for the best advice

You will need to decide whether or not to include your income (and any child benefits you may be responsible for getting) on the plan, a budget is much more accurate if you include the FULL household budget, but since you are not on the account you may wish to keep your finances separate. If this is the case only include what he is responsible for paying either in full or his “share”

You will need all the figures monthly to make weekly amounts into PCM amounts x 52 then / 12 (please do not just x 4 these are inaccurate figures)

If you want to post this after to see if any areas are outside guidelines gimmy a shout and I’ll let you know.

    Good luck sweetie
