HELP!
I used a £2 code of my own a few days ago.
Now, i have another code to use but when i get to checkout the 'code' section has disappeared. There is only the choice of adding a gift voucher number and not the section below it anymore to add a code.
Really confused. I even tried opening a new account but the option has still disappeared!

First of all, can someone explain why this is on the referrers board and not codes and discounts?

Tried firefox and internet explorer. Very strange

The only thing i can think of is trying another pc.If that does not work then email them & ask them.You have a voucher code & you want to use it.

Worked out what it is!
They do not offer you the promo code option if you are buying ONLY items (i.e dvds) from sellers secondhand. You have to have at least one official play.com item in yout basket directly from them!

i have tried all the codes listed on a £15 order ( all brand new dvds) but none work, i just get the message the voucher you entered cannot be used with this account.

Does anyone have any new codes i could use, i presume these codes have all been used and the pages not updated,

There are two options for codes on Play.com - one gift voucher and one discount (i think) so you might be entering the codes in the wrong one. I did for the first few goes
