Wage Slip and Bank Statement

Hi Guys

Just a quick one, i've received a letter from Cheque Centres after a huge complaint I put in, they have agreed to a monthly repayment plan and have send me over a form to fill out with all my monthly out goings, they have also asked me to send a bank statement and wage slip..... should i send them??

Just send them a monthly budget sheet (use national debtline template). Only a court can request to see actual proof of income. If they refuse to then accept payments it is up to you if you want to voluntarily hand over that personal information.

I've found that if i send these people letters 'stating the facts' that they normally listen to that. So is there anywhere that will state what you said legally.

In this case, I think you would do better just to send a budget sheet and let them sing for the rest. If you make a big song and dance, it might mean that they get tougher on you.
