Hp or lease hire on new truck?

MY oh has a small roofing company and currently has his truck on hp. He wants to trade his truck for a newer one . I have had 2 quotes from different suppliers, one swears by hp and the other one is pushing the lease hire. We have recently gone vat registered what is our best option?
