HD Camcorder - which one?!

Hi all

Looking at getting a small HD camcorder.

Now I have to admit, I am abit confused by them, I am lookig to spend around £200ish, but I dont fully understand how to tell a good from a bad one

I thought it was based on Megapixels, but since hear the lense etc makes a difference, and some will less MP, are more expensive than those with more MP

So, this is one I was looking at, but are there any as good/better for less price?
