MSE L&C Re-Mortgage Guide 1st Impression

Received my copy of this guide last night.

It is excellent and comprehensive hat's to MSE.

It clearly is independant and L&C must be totally confident of their services.

I was going to use L&C to re-mortgage as they are the MSE recommendation, and I have saved so much following the other MSE tips.

One type of mortgage not mentioned and was mentioned on the C4 Property Ladder is "Non-Status" mortgages. I understand this is where you have a large deposit and are borrowing about 60% or less of the property value, so the usual lending criteria is not required.

Here's to a guide on Insurance especially "Income Protection".

  • Got mine yesterday too.

Just had time for a quick glance. The booklet seems really helpful and also is nicely designed. That's interesting about non status mortgages, as that is the situation we are in, hopefully that means potentially a better deal on rates etc?
  • I got mine today and I just wanted to say thankyou :p
