I was notified three years ago that my policy would have a £4,000 shortfall and I should take action immediately to ensure financial stability. I did. I complained to the Financial Ombudsman service. This complaint has taken them three years to deal with and they have now reached a verdict. They say in the three years it's taken them to look into this matter, the policy, due next year is now back on track and therefore no compensation is due. They agree the policy was mis sold and the bonus I was sold the policy on will not be forthcoming. They say bonus's were projected forecasts and therefore not accountable. I've been told if I ask for a review unless I have further information it is unlikely to be favourable. I have to respond by 11 August. What should I do? They confirmed the policy was mis sold - surely this is fraud? Why am I not legally entitled to be compensated for this fraudulent act? Can anyone help please on what I should do now? It's caused me a great deal of anxiety, stress and costs for phone calls, e-mails, letters, postage, recorded packages, large amounts of document photocopying etc and of course, my time and now I'm not to receive what I was told I would when I was sold the policy.
Thanks.
Thanks.

No. It means it wasnt sold correctly or as the wording often says, there is no evidence to say it was mis-sold but equally not enough to say it wasnt. Can anyone help please on what I should do now?
