And I think my neighbours might have a dislike of me if i dont stay off ebay! (Let alone my wife...)

I have just bid on another car for parts for the kitcar boys - tidy profit of about £150 on just the bits I can sell tomorrow if i win it - but then I will have another scrap motor to set shot off .....

Hi everyone, many hugs to those that are feeling a bit poorly or stressed today!

I am now the proud owner of a new flat! well new to me anyway. My son and I went over there and proceeded to sweep and mop, there are no floor coverings and they look terrible but at least are mostly clean and will do for now. Ripped off the wallpaper that was on the lounge wall and took it out. Cleaned the kitchen etc and so now it is all ready for the bits to arrive tomorrow!!!

I was given a £91.50 voucher to buy things like paint and supplies for decorating from the council so just trying to figure out what colours to paint it lol. Think I might actually do that as well this weekend!

There is no power or gas in the flat however after much pleading the council are going to come out in the morning to recommission everything. i.e they are taking the locks off of it. I have normal gas and metered electrics in the flat. Roll on tomorrow!!

So now just looking through mags to get ideas for paint and such, can you tell I am so very excited!!!

JO, the flat is in really good condition, just horrible floors and crap painting. Nothing a bit money over time and lots of elbow grease wont cure!

Mambury ummmmm will give you a face mask to wear lol!
