Good spot!
Many stores do this now, Sainsbury, Asda, The Body Shop. You can also donate them directly to lots of charities, eg. Help the Aged, NSPCC. I work for Fonebak which is the largest mobile phone recycling company in the UK. If you donate your moby (working or not) to one of the above, charities will get a guaranteed minumum of £5 per phone.
Ok, you dont actually get anything for yourself by donating them straight to charities, but it makes you feel good inside :0)Life is not about how many breaths you take.... Its about how many moments take your breath away

Does anyone know whether you need to include the charger or just the phone?0

I would imagine just the phone as that is what will be totally recycled. But if you are just going to throw the charger away then include that too if you can.Life is not about how many breaths you take.... Its about how many moments take your breath away

not a bad post if you will never need an old phone. My kids are asking for a mobile but have resisted so far. I have a plan when they suggest it as a just in case i`ll suggest an old battered one to see what they sayGood luck everyone with your money saving0
