New quidco user help please

Hello.
I just signed up on quidco.co.uk as i use ebay all the time.

But i dont know how to use it.

Ill tell you what i did.

I logged into quidco.co.uk
searched for ebay.co.uk, found it
i then clicked on the"Visit retailer to earn cashback" button
that then took me to ebay
i signed in to ebay and bought the item as normal on ebay
i then went to quidco and it says under "Recent Activity" "You have no recent transactions."
What did i do wrong, Do i have to make the payment through quidco?

It seems that you did everything right, however transactions do not appear straight away so you will probably have to wait a few days for it to show up. Hope this helps.

As long as you went through quidco to ebay and did you make the payment at the same time?
It often takes a few hours or even days for it to track.
Always delete your cookies before using quidco to ensure that your visit to the retailer tracks.

ahh ok thanks very much for you speedy replies.

Also im not sure if i did clear my cookies, i always clear them out of habit so im not sure if i did or not. If i didnt could of still worked?

Did you look at the item on ebay before you went through quidco?
