I can't seem to get the WM drawer out and it's clogged up with yukky powder, I think I must have thrown away the manual but perhaps someone on here has the same model??

Could you try running it through empty on a few very hot washes to see if this dissolves enough of the powder to let you open the door?
Otherwise it is usually possible to find instruction manuals on the internet if you type in the name of your machine into a search engine, or go to the manufacturers website.0 -
Mine's a Zanussi, but I get the drawer out by pulling out as far as it will go, then lifting it upwards whilst pulling towards me. Don't know if this will work for yours?Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0

Have you had it out in the past? Sometimes they have a little "press here" thing to release the tray. Get a torch and a magnifying glass, and have a good look at the visible area that you can access.
I doubt very much that it's powder making it stick, more likely there's a knack to it. I find it's harder getting it back in actually, but let's cross that bridge when we come to it.:rotfl:

That's the way mine works too, like Bogof_Babe says there probably is a knack to it.

I have an Indesit and you have to give the drawer a good yank to get it out, some have a little catch thingy at the back which you have to push whilst pulling on the drawer to get it out, to put mine back, I just slot it in and then bang sharply with the falt of my hand and it pops in.
I have just been on their website www.servis.co.uk. there is an istallation guide on there which also tells you how to get the drawer out to clean it, you pull the drawer out and then push down where it says push and pull the drawer the rest of the way out.

The address you've given doesn't seem to work right.
Would THIS one be the right place?

NOTE: The detergent dispenser drawer and housing should be periodically cleaned to prevent a build up of detergent and fabric softener.
The dispenser drawer is easily removed by pulling it out as far as it will go, thenpress on the plastic part of the conditioner grill marked ‘PUSH’. Rinse the dispenser drawer under the tap, dry and replace by slotting the top drawer into the runners on the top of the opening and close in the normal way.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there.
