oh good, I am glad this has been posted I want to write to them myself...... went into my local one the other day to order some of that rhino floor 18.99 a sq metre:eek:, asked what the cost of the fitting was, she said £65, then also told me if I ordered it that day they had ten per cent off, so ordered it, she gave me the price, but when I looked at my receipt at home, no ten per cent off and it had £38 delivery which i had not been told about..... she tried to say she quotes it all together, and I pay the man £32 cash on delivery for the fitting....

    what a swizz:mad:

They are expensive. They add on so many extras like delivery that many of the smaller companies/independents don't do. We went there thinking they'd be "Cheap" and were quoted over £400 for a bedroom with a middle of the range carpet, went to an independent store that we thought would be too expensive and they did it for £250 4 days later. Much much better carpet too. Personally I would avoid them at all costs now.
