Somerfield half price wine!!!

Hi I was in my local Somerfield in East Kilbride Glasgow and they had a half price wine sale on ...Fill your boots . Banrock station was £2.68 and Piat Dor £2.40 something they had bottles of Prince William Champers for £6.99 and 3 litre boxes for £6.49 Plenty of it ..hiccup shrewdal

Dont forget 5% wine discount if you buy 6 or more bottles!

Just bought 46 bottles averaging out at £2.38 a bottle (there was a limit of 6 of each at my local store), wide range available at half price.

Last time they did this offer (about July 2005 I think) the wine ran dry after 2-3 days so get down there now and fill your boots.

Shall be popping back in the morning to see what comes in over night.

Thanks for the tip on this. My local Somerfield has shelves full of very decent £4/5 wines now priced at £2/£2.50. Most of them are not marked as reductions but just have a shelf price of £2.40 or whatever it is, so I'm one of the few people who have been in and out with trolleys full of terrific bargains! And that extra 5% bonus discount too.
