I bought whole cartons of those and the veggie-burger mixes and so far I've added grated carrots, chopped peppers and mushrooms to them (separately, not all together). Anything can be improved with a few chilli flakes or something similar. I also added a mixture of red kidney beans, borlotti and haricot beans but they do need something to perk up the flavour a bit, like those chilli flakes I mentioned.

I had some left over roasted veg...red,orange and yellow peppers, sliced onions, parsnip and mushrooms,I cooked them in the actifry in olive oil and they tasted great. We had a lot left over so I mixed it in with the nut loaf mix, cooked it and it was very tasty.
