Valued Opinions... annoying problem.

Okay, so I had been a member of Valued Opinions for years and had a good few vouchers from them with no problems. But since the end of 2008 I haven't had any survey invites from them. My account balance is £9.90 and has been for ages.
I have emailed them to ask why I never get survey invites anymore, and they always say stuff like 'you'll receive surveys when they match with your profile'... I used to get several surveys per week though, so why all of a sudden did they stop sending me any at all?!
Can't help feeling like I've got to £9.90 and they've got crafty and stopped sending me them so I can't redeem a voucher.
Has anyone else has this problem? Is there anything I can do?

Log in and check that all your profile information is up to date.
Also check that your personal details and email address is correct.
Then, make sure you log in at least once a week as this makes your account "more active" and lets them know that you are actively checking your account for surveys.0 -

I've got some points due to be credited to my account but they have been sat there for weeks and not been paid. At £8.25 and I could really do with a voucher as I'm moving house and would like an Argos voucher! Fingers crossed they pay soon.0
