High credit score scam

Just checked my bank this morning and noticed £19.95 debited from High credit expert. I was under the impression I had a free trial and I was wondering if anybody had any similar difficulties. I have now demanded my money back and have cancelled my membership.:(

How long since you had the free trial?
Most of these things become a subsription if you do not cancel the trial within a specified period.(usually 30 days)0 -
IIRC, they take your details at the start and ask you to cancel if you dont intend to go beyond the trial period.
So, its unlikely to be a scam.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
