i plan to make overpayments. he just wants out and for me to take on the mortgage and pay off the credit cards and finance on other things like the car etc. he says that he will go to the solicotr and put it all down in writing. my little girl is 18months at the moment.0

I am guessing a good proportion of your Tax Credits is towards childcare (you should only get approx £75 before childcare costs)? If so, be careful not to count this towards disposable income.Gone ... or have I?0
