loans with a mortgage

how many of you have got a loan on top of your mortgage to pay off all your debt??

    I refuse to do that - most people on here would advise the same.
    Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!

    There is some good advice on the 'one account' on Martins mortgage advice, I thought about it too until I read that, not for us.

    I took out a small loan wth my mortagage, mainly to furnish my flat as i had nothing! Prob wouldnt advise it for a large amount of money tho

  • Yep, I did this. And then I spent on the cards again. And now I'm here, about to go on a debt management plan. And I have so much debt that I'm too ashamed as yet to put it on my signature. :o

    im ashamed to say that i have two loans but very pleased to say that i have never used my cards or overdraft since taking the second loan out, i have actually cancelled all available credit. never slip again debt free early 2011 ooops!!!!
