Looking for a mortgage

Hey everyone,
I've found a great flat with my girlfriend and our offer was accepted on Thursday! :j Now the issue we have is trying to find the right mortgage with the right lender which isnt easy with just a 10% deposit. I still have some brokers to talk to (including London & Country) but I wanted to find out what people thought of the lenders I have so far found - Nationwide and C&G (although the Nationwide one is the best one at the mo). Are people's experience of these lenders good? I want to choose a lender which will deal with the mortgage application quickly unlike some like Abbey which seem to drag out the process... Abbey Mortgages Thread
Any help appreciated.
Thanks, Peter
