Prepaid top-up cards when in Debt?

Is such a thing as a top-up card you can use, when you buy things online, when you have a DOR. I'm talking about a card you can load money onto at the bank or post office and use like a credite card to buy things online? Reason: I couldn't even top-up my phone abroad because I couldn't use a third parties details to top- up and now I'm stuck untill I get home. My provider doesn't have top-up possibilities in Switzerland.

Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

I used a Virgin Prepaid Mastercard, can be topped up easily at shops etc and used anywhere that takes Mastercard. I recommend it.
