I have a cheap watch from next and when the battery ran out I was quoted £11 to replace it!. So my friend explained that if you bought a cheap card of assorted watch type batteries, I got mine from In Xcess but I should think 99p shop or poundland do them too (£1 for at least two of each size) and prised the back off with a knife, you could replace very cheaply. So I did. :j
Maybe not recommended for posh watches but gets lots of bargain extra life out of cheap ones. HTH

I discovered Timpsons do a good deal, for £18 or round abouts you can get a lifetime battery change. Used the card twice very happy.0

I take mine to a stall on my local market and it costs £3. I tried to buy a sheet of batteries from a £store but none of them would fit.0

What an enlightening post, whoever would have thought that changing batteries yourself would be cheaper than what a shop charges :shocked:0
