home shopping glitch

Hi, not sure if this has alreadfy been posted, wasnt sure how to even word it to search!
With home shopping both asda and tesco, whenever i order a joint of fresh meat, i usually order the lowest weight available,as we are a small family. When my shopping comes they always send me at least twice the amount i ordered. It doesnt come under substitutes but if you ring them they will always refund the difference - asda usually refund me the full amount for making the mistake so my meat is free. Im not sure if this is perhaps because they can only pick whats there in store, yet have to honour that you ordered a smaller amount. It may be that you have to accept substitutes too. hope this helps someone.

Yes i believe it is, but this happens to me all the time - probably depends on how good your store is -though the store mine comes from is a large one with all the trimmings.
worth a try anyway - if you normally order a large joint, order the smallest this time.if it doesnt work i will go and get you a bigger one, promise :rotfl:
