Does Northern Rock lend on new builds

Hi. I'm taking my new buy to let mortgage through a broker but they're closed over the weekend.
Ivejust been talking to the developer and they said to check that the mortgage lender I'm using lends on new builds. I've looked in the documentation and it doesn't say. Can anyone please clarify?
Obviously I've told my broker it's a new build but I just need peace of mind now as developer said some lenders won't do new builds!

Having a quick look at my advisers site it shows Northern Rock doing it, but with 30% deposit for BTL. Is it an apartment or house?0

We are currently trying to get a mortgage with Northern Rock on a new build, we are house movers and have a 31% deposit and it has been agreed in principle.
HTHBorn and bred in Manchester (proud of it)
