Cheapest place to get Swiss Francs?

Hi,
We are going to Switzerland in 3 weeks time, and plan to change some money before we go. It's been a long time since we got any currency other than Euros out, so do you know if you normally have to order other currencies in or can you just turn up at the Post office/ bank to get it the same day? Also if anyone knows the best rates I would be grateful to know where.
thanks, sarah

The cheapest is in the following order:
Thomas Global Exchange (based in London)
Travelex online and pick up at airport
M&S
Post Office
The tactic is to order from Travelex online and choose to pick them up from the airport, use a maestro or electorn card as visa debits as well as credit cards will incur extra charges. Then if you're not in London ring up Thomas Global exchange and check the exchange rate with them, do this on the day you order your currency. Ring up or e-mail Travelex under their price promise guarantee scheme, once you've collected your currency they will issue a cheque for the difference, should be on your doorstep by the time you get home! Especially worth it for large amounts.2p off is still 2p off!0 -
Forgot to add, if you have a nationwide account do all your spending on that as they use the base rate and don't load as most other card companies do.2p off is still 2p off!0
