Try using the 2nd points code at the end, I had no problems when I did this. If it says that you havent spent enough put another item in your basket then add the code then when it has been accepted take the item back out again.

I had a look at their returns policy for when you're using coupons, and it looks like you only get a partial refund. For example if your £50 order is 2 items each costing £25 (but you pay £25 total because of your coupons), and you return 1 of them then they will only refund you £12.50, because that's all it actually cost you.

Does that make sense?

You still get to keep the rest of your order at discounted price, and there's always the chance that your store will let you exchange for a different size?

I've just set up another account and placed another order for £25 (£50) and got 1000 more clubcard points. Only got 750 points for yesterdays order.

I have a feeling this glitch will be sorted in the morning when all of Tesco admin/customer service staff return to work, so I thought I'd better get another order in pronto. :rotfl:
