Cheap Philips audio visual

I ordered a DVD player from electrical-deals.co.uk. They took payment straight away and say delivery might take two weeks. So I waited.... after two weeks I emailed to asked about my order. Two days later I got a reply not the most professional saying they don't know whats going on. No promise to find out or anything. Anyway feeling patient I let it go on for another week and email again requesting an update. I got a reply a few days later cancelling my order and giving me a refund.

Bit cheeky they took payment straight away imo and they may well be fine but can't say I was overly impressed with customer service. I might chance it again with them if they had something on a really good offer but just FYI to anyone planning to use them.
