Think yourself lucky, we phoned up to speak to our case officer and was said we'd get a call back within 24 hours. That was 3 years ago...lmao.0

on a serious note keep phoning them up every day if you have too, also write to and send a copy to your MP, basically what they have done is theft, they done it to me a cpl years ago, took a standing order and DEO from wages, i complained and was told because i was in arrears it would just go to that! left me in the !!!! that month having to borrow as they only left me with £500 to cover all my outgoings0 -
Yeah pretty much put me into my over draft now, so - good times!
