Hi everyone
I hope you don't mind me sharing as no-one else knows about my debt
Have just managed to pay off £150 from my overdraft meaning that since 17th June I've paid off £650 in total :j :T
I know the house is bare with all the ebay selling but it will be worth it won't it

Woohoo!! If my stuff wasn't already second and third hand I'd be selling it too!! :rotfl:
Mind you I sell a few ribbons and stuff on ebay and any money I make I like to keep in paypal for my rainy days fund...if it's not in my current account I can't spend it. When I get a couple of hundred quid in there it will go on the credit card!!:T2024 Challenges- Grocery Budget (January £0/£300)

RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!!!!!!
Pick something you like as well as what you think will make you money...no point selling something you aren't into! No motivation there!
Find out what wholesalers will supply to you....a lot don't like Ebay businesses as they don't see them as legit!
Find out who sells the most in your chosen area...What do they do differently...how do they pose their stock and their sale descriptions?
Look into their feedback what do people say...fast delivery? Good Discounts? What maskes them good? Then replicate it to fit your needs!!
Open a shop if you start getting regular sales...£6/month for a basic shop which will serve most needs. Download Turbo Lister.
BE CAREFUL HOW YOU PRICE THINGS...take into account 3 FEES!! Ebay Listing Fee, Ebay Final Value Fee AND Paypal Fees....they ALL add up.

This is all excellent sound advice. Just what I was going to say :T
On the how you price things also remember that how Royal Mail charge on posting is changing too AND ebay are going to be putting up their fees
I've been selling clothes that I never got round to wearing pre-DFW days and I also sell on the children's clothes too as well as DVD's I never watch and a bucket load of CDs - in fact 200 to be precise  but I have to add these were pre-DFW days. I have so learnt my lesson :jDFW Nerd no: 149
