I could see the 500 points on the vouchers at the beginning, but then on my receipt it did not appear. Did anyone else notice this?

Same thing happened to me, but if I check my order status via my account, I can see the 500 point voucher is there and has been accepted. It's called "Week 3 Credit card offer". The £10 off one is called "10 OFF £30 STAFF ECOUPON".

Does anyone know where these codes came from? The £5 ones look like they're newspaper promos, which is fine, but the the 500 points and £10 off one seem a bit funny? Just wondered if we were ok to use them...

Missed out on the 250 point one, congratulations to everyone who manages to get that one to work too! :)

    Promotions included

Free delivery on clearance 3.95 Pounds
£5 off your total order 5.00 Pounds
£10 Off when you spend £30 10.00 Pounds
£5 off your total order 5.00 Pounds

does this mean if we place an order of £5 from the sale section (so there's no postage) we can use £5 coupon and get the whole thing for free?

Well from what i've read, it seems most people are having to spend over £50 to get the codes to work, if you just wanted to use one code though i'm not sure of the minimum spend :o

    Nothing is ever free :rotfl:

Yes, provided that the coupon code was accepted, you will get the points. It should show in your order summary something along the lines of:

500 points - to be shown in your next statement (clubcard) :j

Instore today you had to ask for a voucher - there were none on display.(£5 of £25 clothing spend.)
I was given one then FOLLOWED by the assistant I had asked to make sure I was buying clothes!
I could only find £10 worth I wanted but thought I'd give it a go as I had other shopping besides.
Cashier was having none of it .
They were obviously briefed and on their guard!
Felt a bit like a criminal actually!
Luckily I was pleased with the 2 pairs of reduced trousers I got - they were well worth the money without the extra discount.

    Thanks for this OP.
I 'gathered' a few vouchers when I went in to get a couple of things on Saturday, then went back Monday afternoon and bought £9 worth of clothes & £48 of groceries. To begin with I handed over 1 voucher (just in case it wasn't accepted) the cashier barely looked at it, so I gave him another one........BINGO!!......£10 off my shop.

If you can't eat it or play with it ....... just pee on it and walk away.
