Sat Nav's lost its voice!!

Hi, i have a garmin nuvi 200 and the voice started going intermittently and now its gone completely - any ideas?
A home is not a home ..... without a dog :heart:

    On the Nuvi, select Settings.

    Select Language.

    Select Voice.

    Choose the voice you desire.

    Exactly the same thing happened to mine a few days ago. Almost as philnicandamy says, except that mine had a voice selected, but had nothing selected in the Language box.

    As soon as a language was selected it started talking to me again.

    Silly but true, mine started being intermittent too, I just left the mother-in-law at home on long journeys.:D

    Have tried that - and set it back to restore defaults - still not working
