Laser hair removal on the face??

Sometimes there are private skin clinics at hospitals, perhaps you can ask your Dr? I know that the Royal Free Hospital in London for example offers laser treatments. Just a thought.0

After a lot of thought on this matter and as electrolysis was not working for me my beautician advised me to go for laser treatment and recommended the one at H.St ...well she would I have been there signed up at great cost have had 2 treatments and am very happy with the results. Skin is tested for melamine levels and lasers adjusted accordingly. The machines there are stronger than the local town ones0

I had a course of facial laser treatment two years ago,(costs circa £600) results were amazing. But it is not permanent and I am now beginning to have to tweeze again.0

I think if you can afford it it's worth trying. Even if you don't end up being completely hair free you should achieve a permanent reduction, which may make a big difference for you.0

Laser hair removal *is* permanent - on the hairs that are removed! Meaning, if you're hairy due to hormonal issues (like I am, due to PCOS), your hormones are going to stimulate new follicles to form visible hairs. But the destroyed follicles will not grow back.
I was very happy with laser treatments on my chin, and parts of my body that looked like a grizzly bear's, but I also had my GP prescribe me an anti-hirsutism medication That kept me hair-free for 5 yrs. However, I had to go off it due to other reasons, and I'm beginning to see some hairs forming again under my chin
