CSA Arrears

Came home from work last night to find my husband had a letter from the CSA, his is currently working away.
We have been paying CSA for around 3 years after finding out husband had a son, now aged 13.
We have had lots of problems with assessment, but should currently be up to date.
Letter states that the CSA had previously contacted him about arrears of £1299.09 and money remains unpaid. There has been no contact from the CSA since last September when reassessed, all resulting arrears were paid over 2 months.
I can't think of any reason for the arrears, payments are made every month

Did you ask for that information to be sent to you in writing, confirming your conversation? If not, call them back and ask for it, they have to provide it if you ask.0
