Lou, am I right in thinking one of your boys plays drums? Would he have a look at a kit on ebay I'm thinking about buying and let me know if he thinks it's worth the price?
My friend is a drum teacher if you need any tuition Ames!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

That'd be brilliant Linda! I want to learn to play an instrument, and drums should give me a bit of exercise at the same time. I'll probably only manage a really short bit at a time but it'll give me something to do.
This is the kit:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250599463872&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
To me it seems great value and just right for a beginner. I had a look in a shop in town earlier but was looking more at guitars, and this is cheaper than the cheapest one they had, and I think I'd prefer drums anyway. (Says the woman with the worst co-ordination ever!).Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Hmmm, looks like he can act.
