Sorry to bump, but is anyone else having problems being able to spin? I played for the first time on Saturday and won an SOS cream. Since then i haven't been able to play, tried all day yesterday and today but it's coming up with the message:

"We're sorry, you can only spin once a day. Come back again tomorrow for another chance to WIN."

I've tried clearing cookies, and playing in a different browser. It says the message before i even log in and when i do log in it's the same. Any suggestions?

I did win a face cream... but when it went through to check out
and log in... the screen failed lol

Just my luck! I could do with some cream to fill my cracks!

I understand your frustration. I had the same problem; couldn't log in with IE or FF, kept coming up with the same message that I had already entered, even though I hadn't!!

Anyway, bb69 on page 13 I think, said she used her dongle, so that's what I did. I didn't even register first, but I was able to spin. Won a free delivery yesterday and an SOS cream today.

I have emailed the company about the glitch. Have no idea why the dongle works (I know the IP number is different, but...)

I'm not much help, but didn't want you to think you're alone. It's great so many are winning but awful for those who can't even get to spin!

edited to add: I just went in again and could spin using my usual service provider (the first time I could do it)...not only that I could spin even though not logged in!!
