Can any one offer any advice? We bought some jewellery from a co in the states and paid over £300 on a credit card. When it arrived it was as though it had just come out of a christmas cracker. I have emailed the company twice to contact me to no avail, have contacted the credit card company who said they would send out a dispute form but haven't rec'd that yet. Do I have any rights? Am so upset at paying out all this money. Company has no contact details on their site other than you can send them an email, help :-(
