I remember a guy on here who purchased at nearly 30% below peak and was told it was a mistake and he should wait.:whistle:
Not only would he have not got the deal but also would have missed some great mortgage deals.
I think the thing with these sites is read both sides but think of your locality and also listen to your instinct a bit.
If your gut says go for it and you never do or if you go for it and your gut says no you will always regret your decision and blame others.
Better to regret you own decision than someone else's.0 -
