How do I find free itunes downloads?

I read somewhere that itunes have a free track to download each week. I've only spotted one of these so far. Is it true and how can I find the free ones?

I din't have itunes on this pc, but from what I can remember if you select the music tab, on the right hand side there's a list of quicklinks. One of these IIRC is "discovery" click this. There is at least one free tune there, but we haven't liked any so far .

Thanks, but I can't see a 'Discovery' option!

Think I've found it. I clicked on Single of Week and that was free, so maybe they are the free tracks each week?

the songs change every tuesday I think and it's always in the same spot on the site. Ive had some good and not so good songs. also try amazon as they do free songs too.
