beware this is more than likely because of the promotion code being used , this happened late last year and everyone was phoning there premium number to be told that they could not use the code in question,

I know that I accidentally duplicated an order, so it might be that they want to discuss this. Which is fine because I want to cancel the duplicate. I was wondering if my credit card was maxed out . I'll give them a ring when I get a chance and hopefully sort out whatever the problem is.
