Just got this in their newsletter:

"18 April is the Beauty Club’s 1st Birthday so we’re creating a Beauty Club Fan Club on Facebook to celebrate. If we get 10,000 activated Beauty Club members by 16 April, we’ll give you a £5 beauty voucher on 20 April.
If you join but haven’t signed up to our Beauty Gossip emails, you’ll get your ?5* beauty voucher in your May statement.
To get your voucher sooner, simply say ‘YES’ to receiving the news, special offers and savings in our monthly Beauty Gossip email.

got my voucher. It's only 10% off if you use it online and £5 if it's used in store. anyone else thing that this is a bit unfair?

I believe I 'did everything right' in the Debenhams/Facebook/joining Beauty Club 'thingy'. I followed Martin's tip (from last week) to the letter. I haven't got my £5 voucher yet and, I've been trawling my emails religiously......looking for it. Anyone know why I might not have received my voucher.

If you're signed up to the beauty club gossip emails, then you should have received it on the 20th. Otherwise it would be emailed a week or two later from what I recall. HTH

Hi guys,

I printed off the voucher a few days ago and put it in my wallet. Was passing debenhams today and remembered I had the voucher. I tried using it instore on some soap and it didn't work

The only reason I can think is because it's printed in black and white and maybe the print didn't come out too well?
Not sure what else it can be...

The voucher has the following barcode on it:

2 501082 101053>

Is this what your barcode has? The last 3 could be an 8. My printer is not very good.

Mine also printed out in black and white (must need to change my colour cartridge) and as the reward card number is in pink this bit was blank. However I had no problem using it, the assistant was very helpful and friendly. The end number on the barcode is 3.

Thanks, just been to collect a card and got a couple of freebies into the bargain. They also gave me 3 x £5 vouchers which have to be used by 7th & 8th May. Unfortunately I won't be able to go back and use them as I live 80 miles away from nearest town. Still, I have the card ready for next time.
